This retreat is for those who prefer a small, intimate group and a more personal experience.
Rather than following a fixed itinerary, we will travel together by car and choose from local possibilities as the week unfolds. This allows for more freedom, responsiveness, and spaciousness — with time for practice, rest, sacred sites, conversation, and the quiet discoveries that happen when we are not rushing.
The smaller group size allows for more individual attention throughout the retreat. There is space for your questions, your body’s needs, and the details that help each person feel supported.
Our home for the week is the beautiful and unique house of a local artisan. The studio, atelier, dining room, and bedrooms have all been created with care, giving the whole space an immediate sense of calm, beauty, and welcome.
Each day, we will gather for Somatic Stretch® practice, learning how to work with the body’s natural stretch reflex to access and release tension patterns that may have felt unreachable before.
We will also use the voice to open deeper spaces of creativity, emotion, and cellular healing, while journeying into the powerful landscape and sacred sites of this part of France.

This retreat is for those who are drawn to the warmth and energy of shared practice — a nourishing group experience of Somatic Stretch®, sound, sacred history, and sun.
With up to 12 participants, the group field becomes part of the journey. Practicing together can bring its own support, resonance, and momentum, while still allowing space for personal guidance.
Each day, we will explore Somatic Stretch®, learning how to soften effort, listen inwardly, and work with the body’s natural stretch reflex so tension can begin to release without force.
Sound will be woven through the week with morning chant, evening Kirtan, and a dedicated sound workshop, opening deeper spaces of sensation, regulation, and embodied awareness.
We will also visit two sacred sites, allowing the mystery and beauty of this region to deepen the experience.
Perfect for those with stubborn aches, pain patterns, or restricted mobility who want to discover a gentler way to support their own body.
